Cantharellus cibarius, known as chanterelle, is a funnel-sh-aped, spicy and fleshy fungus. It has a fruity smell, similar to that of apricot and a slightly spi-cy flavor. The chanterelle mushroom is considered a great mus- hroom. It’s rich in vitamins B and D, protein, calcium, iron, magnesium, po-tassium and zinc.
